In an effort to encourage philanthropy by employees, Ascend One has established the Ascend One EDGE (Employee Donations & Grants Empowerment) Fund. Its mission is "to help revitalize our communities through cutting edge philanthropy: caring enough to extend help to families through funding, volunteerism and support of human services organizations."
 
The EDGE Funds are continually replenished donor-advised cash funds that hold contributions from team members, as well as matching corporate contributions. Contributions are distributed according to recommendations from the EDGE Fund Committee made up of team members of the Ascend One family.
